The Woolley House, the future home of Ocean Township's Historical Museum, has a forwarding address. Under KGD's direction the house was moved 400 yards through a 50 ft. wide cleared path and lowered onto a newly constructed foundation. Extensive work will be undertaken to stabilize the structure at its new location.

In 1997 KGD conducted a Feasibility Study for the Borough of Tinton Falls for the existing municipal complex. The study reviewed the present municipal facilities and site to demonstrate the physical and functional conditions that existed at that time, suggested present and future requirements of the Borough, and made recommendations for an improved facility that can serve the Borough now and in the future. Until 1937 the Red Bank Public Library had no permanent home. When its collection grew, it changed locations. Fortunately for Red Bank residents, the sons of clothing manufacturer Sigmund Eisner donated their parents' home, a three-story Victorian house located on the Navesink River, to the Borough for use as a library. An addition was added on the west side in 1968 and some thirty-five years later, the facility is once again in need of additional space. READ MORE>>>
